01 Introduction

Welcome to RCB988. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and RCB988 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at rcb988.cam, including all associated services, games, sportsbook features, promotional programmes, and any other content or functionality offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the RCB988 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and RCB988.

02 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the RCB988 platform at rcb988.cam.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback rewards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account under a promotional scheme.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money by a User into their RCB988 account using an approved payment method.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, lottery products, instant games, and other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
• "Platform" means the RCB988 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible via rcb988.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" means the verified cash funds held in a User's account, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service offered through the Platform, including pre-match and live in-play betting markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a User must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of Real Money Balance from a User's RCB988 account to an approved external payment method.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on RCB988, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. RCB988 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual or entity is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of RCB988 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by RCB988 or by any third-party responsible gambling programme — that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not have had a previous RCB988 account that was suspended or permanently closed for Terms violations.

RCB988 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including during the registration process, prior to any withdrawal, and as part of ongoing KYC review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the RCB988 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the KYC process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. RCB988 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify RCB988 immediately via the live chat support channel. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

RCB988 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated:

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. RCB988 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that are in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

RCB988 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction fees, which are the User's sole responsibility.

All withdrawals are subject to any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds held in the account. Users may not withdraw a Real Money Balance whilst an active Wagering Requirement remains unfulfilled unless the associated Bonus Funds are forfeited first.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

RCB988 offers various promotional schemes including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Users must complete the wagering requirement using Real Money Balance first, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bets not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice. Uncompleted wagering requirements will also lapse on expiry.
• Maximum Bet: While an active Wagering Requirement is in place, a maximum bet limit may apply per spin or per wager as specified in the promotion's individual terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of bonus-derived winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from Wagering Requirement calculations or contribute at a reduced percentage rate. The contribution table for each promotion is available in the promotion's detailed terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly permitted, only one account per household, IP address, or device may claim a specific promotional offer. Attempts to circumvent this rule constitute a breach of these Terms.
• RCB988 Right to Amend or Withdraw: RCB988 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable operational, compliance, or fraud-related justification.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the RCB988 Sportsbook or Games are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet selection, stake amount, and market choice before confirming a wager.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing mistake ("palpable error") affecting any bet or game outcome, RCB988 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to the User's account. RCB988's decision in such matters shall be final.

Specific betting rules for individual markets — including settlement procedures for postponed matches, walkover results in tennis, weather-shortened events in cricket, and similar scenarios — are published in the Sportsbook rules section of the Platform. These market-specific rules form part of these Terms.

Game outcomes in all RCB988 casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. These systems are subject to regular independent testing to ensure compliance with published RTP (Return to Player) figures.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RCB988 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity using the Platform as a vehicle.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith against legitimate transactions processed on the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar service in order to circumvent geographic or regulatory access restrictions.
• Collusion with other players in table games, poker, or any competitive format with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the RCB988 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of RCB988 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of RCB988.

The RCB988 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or communication is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RCB988 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial loss.

RCB988 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, and regulatory directives).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, those exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction.

11 Responsible Gambling

RCB988 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be treated as such.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount you may deposit into your account within the defined period.
• Loss Limits: Configurable thresholds that automatically suspend betting activity once cumulative losses within a defined period reach the set amount.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which you may not access gaming functions.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to permanently or semi-permanently close your account and restrict you from registering a new one for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configurable pop-up notifications that appear after a set session duration to remind you of the time spent and amounts wagered.

12 Privacy & Data

RCB988 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is stored on encrypted servers. All sensitive transmissions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need.

13 Suspension & Termination

RCB988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The User is found to be under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the Company;
• A law enforcement body, regulatory authority, or court order requires us to take such action.

Upon account termination for Terms violations, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where a breach involving fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, may be forfeited entirely. In all other cases of termination, verified Real Money Balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their last-used payment method after the completion of any mandatory compliance checks.

14 Amendments

RCB988 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.

The version of these Terms displayed on this page shall be deemed the current and governing version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RCB988 is incorporated, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a dispute involves a User located in Malaysia, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice from either party, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents RCB988 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests, including the prevention of fraud or misappropriation of intellectual property.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral panel to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
